Bartender

Requirements for Bartenders & Bar Backs

– Customer service experience ( at least 2 years in Hospitality) in higher-end settings
– Interpersonal Communication Skills is a must
– Likes a very fast paced, active work environment
– Must be focused, efficient, able to multi-task, and have computer skills
– Transports large stock orders, cases of supplies, cases of wine, beer, liquor, food which weigh up to 20-30 pounds a minimum of 3 times per shift
– Dependable transportation
– Available shifts include, days, evenings, weekends
– Customer service and soft skills

– Very positive attitude
– Professional demeanor
– Able to work independently and as part of a team- Strong Organizational Skills and highly detail oriented
– Able to deliver first-class customer service while handling high volume customers
– Must be able to keep the cash drawer and receipts balanced throughout shift
