I just had my first Swedish relaxation massage with Jafar. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. He is kind, professional, and exceptionally skilled. He made me feel comfortable the entire time, and I left feeling more comfortable and relaxed than I have in a very long time. It was probably the best massage I have ever had. He did a great job of reading my body and paying attention to the areas that needed attention. I was told to let him know if pressure needed adjusted, but it was absolutely perfect the entire time and no feedback was needed. I just completed a stressful, intense, dance weekend, and after this massage my body could not even tell.

I always love getting my hair cut at Quintanas’s. I have been going there for my haircuts for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with any of the barbers. The Swedish relaxation massages are sublime. Jafar is incredible and extremely gifted at making my body feel renewed and light as air. As someone who deals with chronic pain from a bone disease, I feel practically healed after an appointment with him.

This was my first time at Quintana's and I cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was. My husband goes for the barbershop and he booked me a prenatal massage. He booked online without issue. I was greeted promptly at the door by the wonderful receptionist. After a short questionnaire, I was greeted by Tara, the massage therapist. She was absolutely amazing. We went over what my goals were for the massage and problem areas. We had some friendly conversation and then she left me to privately get ready. Tara was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She actually worked on my problem areas all while maintaining my privacy/modesty with turns and etc. She continuously asked if I was okay and comfortable. I have had a few massages 10-20 or so (other places) and they were no where near her level of care. She was phenomenal. Tara had the utmost respect for me as well as superior professionalism. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you.

Absolutely a 5-star experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I walked in off the street after another barbershop canceled on me after I had already arrived for my appointment, and I was seated in the barber chair within just a few short minutes. The lovely woman at the front desk and the owner, Alex, were both incredibly welcoming and professional. I got a phenomenal haircut from Shawn — honestly, even better than what I had in mind when I walked in. I left feeling fresh and sharp! The place itself was clean and beautiful, with a great ambiance and a genuinely friendly vibe. The price was also very affordable and a pleasant surprise. There’s even a cool speakeasy bar and a stunning day spa on the premises, which makes the whole place feel like more than just a barbershop. I highly recommend Quintana’s, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Cleveland. Thank you, Quintana’s!! 😊

My girlfriend has been raving about a massage from Jafar since the spring so I was excited to get a chance to try it out on our recent visit. He did not disappoint. He is very communicative and I appreciate the time he takes to actually talk to you to figure out what’s bothering you and areas to target. His bedside manner is by far and away the best I’ve ever experienced and would recommend him to anyone. I wish he had a place in LA!!!

My first visit was a manicure with Dayna, a super pleasant, professional. Great job! Book her. Today I had a haircut with Alex Quintana, best cut I've had in years. Took the time to discuss the cut, what products to use and did a fantastic job. Love this establishment.

Julia Ramsey gave me genuinely the best haircut I’ve ever had. My hair is thinning and curly, which can make it difficult to cut and style, but she absolutely nailed it. She really understood how to work with my hair and gave me a cut that looks better than I thought it could. Great conversation throughout the appointment too. Will be going back to her from now on!

Updating my 5 year old review now I’ve been a regular at QBDS after moving into the neighborhood 13 years ago. Ive had haircuts from a few different barbers, but Ian has been my go to for many years now. The skills and professionalism of the staff is unmatched. Literally the best haircuts I’ve ever had. So between that and the great conversations with the crew and maybe a cocktail here and there from the speakeasy, it’s impossible to imagine wanting to go anywhere else.

I’ve been getting regular sports/deep tissue massages with Jafar for the last few months. He is absolutely incredible. I do strength training and long distance running and he really knows what he’s doing when it comes to body work on athletes. He also works on my head/neck/shoulders and I swear is curing my migraines. I feel very comfortable with him (being a young woman myself), he’s super professional and communicative, asking how I’m feeling etc. 100% recommend him for athletes or just anyone looking for a regular massage therapist!!

Super pleased with the service I received as a first time client. After feeling slightly disappointed with my gel manicure (due to VERY minor imperfections and my own inexperience with getting manicures), Dayna, Destiny, Kate, and Nikki took care of me and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I was so impressed with the service I received and left feeling so happy with my nails. Special shoutout to Dayna for extending her work day to get me taken care of. I’ll be back!

Quintana's Barber & Dream Spa is one of those places that just does everything right. Whether you’re getting a beard trim, a hydrafacial, a massage, or grabbing a drink at the speakeasy, every experience is top-notch. The level of service is consistently excellent, and you can tell they take pride in every detail. It’s rare to find a place that delivers across so many different services—and does it this well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself or just want a consistently great experience.

Quintana's is a locally owned spa in the cool and progressive city of Cleveland Heights. The vibe is welcoming and relaxing. Salon staff like Rachel are always helpful with check-in/checkout. I love that they use Aveda products. Kate LeFloria-Brandt does amazing pedicures. Kate is the best! Massages are great there too. I have had several massages with Jerome. I'm a regular at the barber shop and an increasingly frequent customer of the spa as well. Owner Alex and his team of talented, experienced barbers do phenomenal work. Very classic barber shop feel in a unique setting with enough parking on the street and behind the shops. Always satisfied with my haircuts and beard trims and the conversations are always great too with the team and the other patrons. The spa staff is equally fantastic. As a guy, it can be a little intimidating to enter a spa environment, but the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and everyone there is so good at their jobs. Shout out to Jafar for being an excellent masseuse who does a really good job making you feel comfortable and relaxed for the best possible experience.

My friend got married over this weekend and I was his best man. I scheduled appointments for both of us to get cleaned up before the ceremony. Alex and Latrice were both amazing! The shop itself was clean, warm and inviting with coffee and refreshments while we waited and a friendly staff. Once we sat down, both barbers were the perfect mix of friendly and professional as they got to know us, identified the services we needed, and got to work. The entire experience was relaxing yet engaging and my haircut and beard hasn't looked this good in a LONG time. It isn't just a haircut--its an experience. This is a before and after my haircut. I went back on the same day after my hair was dry to ask for them to correct it from looking like a pineapple, and they wanted to charge me for a full second haircut. The first one was $50.00. I should have been asking for a refund with how much length I will have to lose to fix their error. Don’t come here, they want your money and don’t care what you look like when you leave. I will probably have to buzz my hair with how high they cut the sides.

I had the best experience at Quintana's Dream Spa. It all started with fabulous customer service from Lauren who helped schedule an appointment for me right away with Erin for eye waxing. It was the first time ever going to Quintana's Dream Spa and as soon as I walked into the building, I was given a wonderful welcome by the lovely receptionist and Erin immediately came over to introduce herself. I've gotten my eyebrows done in several different salons and this has by far been the best experience for me. Erin talked to me before beginning the waxing and truly wanted to see exactly what I wanted done. She was very gentle and it was the first time I did not end up with super redness around my eyebrows. Erin was very personable and someone I was able to relate to in many ways! I look forward to continuing to support this amazing local business! You are all wonderful people!

The best barbershop in Cleveland, I’ve been a patron for over 8 years! What brings me back is the professionalism, excellent service and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Quintanas’s Barber & Dream Spa.

For several years my haven and escape has been Quintana’s nail spa. The incredible staff have consistently ensured my visit never disappoints. However most outstanding is the excellence in service delivered by Chariah. If you’re fortunate enough to get a standing appointment (highly recommend getting one in advance online or by phone) Chariah is your person!! Chariah is a master nail tech who has many years perfecting her craft. She is the queen at mani/pedis and you will not be disappointed! Beyond her job it is evident Chariah’s high performing, perfectionism, professionalism, consistency, dedication, creativity, innovation, resourcefulness, integrity, dynamic, and positivity shows up in her work. Chariah demonstrates everything and more of what you’d like to receive as a Quintana’s customer and goes further ensuring her customers feel completely satisfied with her work. Her warm and funny personality is an added bonus. Chariah ensures everyone feels welcomed, seen, heard and understood as to what they’d like from their nail sos experience. As a customer I’ve seen her mentor other team members with grace and poise and makes herself available to all that needs her. Through the years Chariah has become my maní pedí icon and provided endless manis from holidays, cultural events, galas, birthdays, anniversaries, work promotions, bad work weeks, stressful weeks, and everything in between. Chariah’s manís and impecable pedis are my biweekly balm to my soul ❤️. My husband and son enjoy seeing what new look or silly nail color name I come with and hope others have the privilege of enjoying such gem of a human and professional as Chariah!

I've been a loyal client of this family-owned barbershop salon and spa for over 20 years, and their consistent professionalism and friendly service never disappoint. The staff is incredibly adaptive to individual needs, making each visit a personal experience. Melissa, the senior nail tech, stands out for her impeccable care and expertise. Her knowledge and flawless technique add a touch of old-school quality to the modern vibe, contributing to both community pride and growth. To top it off, their Speakeasy, offers entertainment and delicious craft cocktails. These delightful drinks during spa services, adds a unique touch of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a combination of classic service, personal attention, and a special indulgence.
