Dear Guests: We want to share with you some of the adjustments that we’ve had to make to our salon operations. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests and community. We’ve made many internal changes to our salon procedures but wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit.
Please come alone to your appointment. We will not accommodate extra family members, children, or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside.
No handshakes or hugs for us at this time either please!
All guests will be required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears (all staff members will be required to wear masks as well.)
Curbside Check-in. When you arrive to the salon, please wait outside or in your car. Please call us and we will let you know that your service provider is ready for you. This will eliminate extra people in the salon at one time and allow us to clean our stations.
When you come in, we’ll ask that you wash your hands in the restroom. Upon entering the salon, you’ll go right to the sanitation station located next to the front desk. We will be using styling capes as usual (which are always washed between uses).
Temperatures of all staff and guests will be taken at first arrival. Any staff showing signs of illness will be sent home. Any guest showing signs of illness will be rescheduled.
All guests will be seated 6 feet apart in any area of the buildings, styling stations, nail tables, and pedicure stations.
Plexiglass has been installed at reception desks and all nail tables.
We will be currently postponing all facials, some waxes, and lash extensions until Monday June 22nd, 2020. We will have limited service providers available through the month of May.
We will be adding a $4 “Sanitation Fee” for any service $20 or more. We have added a sanitation fee in lieu of raising prices to our service menu. For example, if you are receiving multiple services (manicure, pedicure, and waxing) there is only one fee, per visit. We acknowledge the extra amount of PPE supplies needed during this time, in addition to the heavy supply and demand that we’re currently experiencing, and several adjustments we’ve made to our salon environment. Our guests, community, and staff safety & wellness is our main priority. We made the decision to add a small sanitation fee of $4 to all services over $20 during this pandemic period, instead of a price increase. We understand that every business is unique and has it’s own ways to keep themselves sustainable, in this time. If you have been affected by the pandemic financially, we are willing to make exceptions, if notified.
We have outdoor patios available for all guests located in the back of the spa building and the front of the barbershop building.
Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you’ve come to expect from us. We hope that will be sooner than later! we sincerely appreciate your support. This situation has certainly brought on some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
As these circumstances are ever changing, they will require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
We hope to see you soon –
the Staff at Quintana’s
