Appointment Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are receiving a Massage, Facial, Body Treatment, or Waxing. If it is your first time at Quintana’s, you’ll kindly be asked to fill out paperwork before your treatment. Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or eliminate the opportunity to receive your service. Arriving late will result in 100% of reserved service amount.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hours prior to the start time of your service if you feel that you cannot make it. For same day appointments that are booked, we ask for a minimum of 3 hours prior to any change or cancellation of your appointment(s). For example, if you book a same day appointment on January 3rd, for a 4pm service, please call to cancel by 1pm that day. All services cancelled/rescheduled outside of our cancellation policy will be charged 50% of the service.
No-Show Policy: When we have a client fail to show for their appointment(s), it excludes another guest from coming in to receive a service. This is considered a “no-show”. Please note any No Call/No Show more than one time will result in full payment of service before rescheduling or re-booking your next appointment.
