Your appointments are extremely important to the Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa service team, we strive to give each guest an experience reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
When we have a guest fail to show or cancel last minute for their scheduled appointment(s), that excludes another guest from coming in to receive a service. At Quintana’s, we send text message and email confirmation appointment reminders as we respect your time and choice to patronage us.
ONE DAY ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
NO SHOWS
Anyone who forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, will be charged the full amount of their service.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, there is a high likelihood that we will need to reschedule, or adjust the service, to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you. There appointments will end on their designated service times so the next guest is not inconvenienced or delayed. If an appointment does need to be adjusted due to late arrivals, you will still be charged the full service amount.
WHEN YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER IS SICK
We understand our team of service providers get sick or might have an emergency that prevent them from working. We will do everything we can to get you in that week or the following week, with your scheduled service provider or our team of licensed professionals, as soon as possible. As a small business, it is important for us to balance empathy with the need to provide financial stability of our team and small business.
