Referral Program – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who can participate in the referral program?
Any current guest of Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa may participate. You must be an existing client
to receive referral rewards.

2. What qualifies as a “new friend”?
A new friend is someone who:
– Has never visited Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa before, and
– Books and completes their first paid service with us.

3. How do I make sure I get credit for my referral?
Your friend must:
– Mention your name when booking or
– Write on New Client Guest/Intake Form. Tell the front desk your name at check-in. Referral credit is applied after their first completed appointment.

4. What rewards can I earn?
Refer 1 new friend
Receive $20 off any service
Refer 2 new friends
Choose one complimentary service:
25-minute facial
25-minute massage
30-minute express pedicure
Refer 3 new friends
Receive a $50 Speakeasy Gift Card

5. Can I mix spa and barber referrals together?
Yes. Your referrals may book any qualifying service at Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa and still count
toward your referral total.
(The Speakeasy gift card is earned after your third successful referral.)

6. When and how will I receive my reward?

We’ll text each Guest when they earn a Referral Reward. Your reward will be issued by our front desk once
your referral’s first service is completed and verified.
Complimentary services must be scheduled with availability.

7. Can I combine my referral reward with other promotions or discounts?
No. Referral rewards are not valid with any other promotion.

8. Do referral rewards expire?
Yes. Referral rewards must be used within the timeframe provided when your reward is issued. 60
days from issued, no exceptions. Please ask our front desk for your specific expiration date.

9. Can I refer more than three friends?
Absolutely! You can continue referring new friends and continue earning rewards as part of our
ongoing referral program.

10. Are there any restrictions on the complimentary services and Referral GC’s?
Yes. Complimentary services:
– Are non-transferable
– Have no cash value, no money back. One time use.
– Must be booked in advance
– Are subject to provider availability (The busier the provider is they may need to schedule with
another team member or different service since the comp services has an expiration date.

11. Can I give my referral reward to someone else?
Referral rewards are intended for the referring guest and are not transferable.

12. I am underage, can I have a different gift certificate instead of one to The Speakeasy?

If you are under 21 we will offer a $50 Retail gift certificate in place of the Speakeasy Gift Certificate. Same rules apply. The gift certificate will need to be redeemed in one visit and is non-transferrable. Speakeasy Gift Certificates must be redeemed on premise and are not valid on events.
